Estimates are provided based on a number of factors e.g., design complexity, if you need graphics to be print ready or digital only. It's always best to contact me for each project. Because my work is largely using MS PowerPoint (which really isn't much different from Canva) my prices are more affordable than most graphic designers. 

The clients own all the visual assets with one exception the editable files for logos and designs where modification can compromise the final design. I charge double for the editable files because I want to ensure the integrity of my designs (and my reputation as a designer) stays intact. 

It is sometimes possible depending on the type of request> For example logos, banners, and icons tend to be easier as long as you aren't too picky. Most clients find I make too many variations and therefore cant decide so that's a good problem to have IMO.  Send me a message and I will get back to you to let you know if I have the space in my schedule for a rush order.  Rush orders cost extra.
